The BUSZBO Story
It started in 2021 with two frustrated pet parents in Bengaluru — Kavya and Arjun. Between them, they had three pets, a mountain of unreliable online orders, and a shared conviction that Indian pet parents deserved better.
They'd experienced it all: wrong products delivered, expired treats, no one to call when their dog fell sick at midnight. The pet care market was booming, but the experience for pet parents was still broken.
So they built BUSZBO — a name that captures the buzzing energy of a home full of pets. A platform where every product is vet-vetted, every delivery is reliable, and every pet parent has access to expert advice, any time of day.
Today, BUSZBO serves over 1.5 lakh pet parents across 500+ cities. But our mission hasn't changed: make every pet's life a little happier, and every pet parent's life a little easier.
